Landport Community Centre

Landport Community Centre is situated right in the heart of Portsmouth and is managed by Enable Ability, in partnership with Landport Community Centre Association whose mission is to provide services to the residents of Portsmouth and in particular the Charles Dickens ward of the city. Enable Ability is a well established charity based in Copnor, Portsmouth, that provides a range of services for people with disabilities in Portsmouth and SE Hampshire. Enable Ability has established a Social Enterprise called Inter Activ, which provides free opportunities for young people with disabilities to access work experience programmes that will help them secure meaningful employment in the future. Within Landport Community Centre we run a PC Repair and recycling facility, and a vibrant Cafe. These services will primarily be managed by young people with disabilities as part of their work experience programmes. Additionally we have three rooms with air-conditioning and sound system available to local residents for event hire. The Centre Manager will be very pleased to take your call on 023 9229 6703 or email landport@enableability.org.uk.
