Fringford Village Hall

Fringford Village Hall is located on the Green in the historic village of Fringford, approx. 5 miles north of Bicester.

The hall was refurbished and extended in 2015 and has excellent facilities including; a large main hall with servery area, a smaller meeting room with small kitchenette, fully equipped kitchen with serving hatch to main hall, toilet facilities including an accessible toilet with baby changing facilities.

The hall is in an attractive setting with a large car park.

The flexible facilities are suitable for clubs and activity groups, parties, weddings, meetings and the car park area has been used regularly to extend the hall by erecting marquees.


Rooms


Main Hall

Measurements: 10.5m x 7.4m

This is suitable for large functions up to 100 people (standing) or 65 people (seated theatre style) or 50 people (seated dining style).  Numbers all dependant on nature of event and configuration.

The hall is equipped with a hearing loop, large presentation screen and various lighting options.

It has an adjoining servery with hatch, sink, fridge and boiling water dispenser.

The hall also has a hatch and doorway leading to the large kitchen. The kitchen is included in the hire of the main hall and has a fridge, dishwasher, double oven, hob, sink, boiling water dispenser, microwave.

 



Chinnery Meeting Room

Measurements: 8.6m x 4.5m 

The Chinnery meeting room is suitable for meetings and small group activities. Up to 50 people (standing) or 30 people (seated theatre style) or 30 people (seated dining style). Numbers all dependant on nature of event and configuration.

There is a permanent display of Fringford history on the walls which cannot be removed.

The room has a small kitchenette, sink and kettle.  

It has two roof lights and two different lighting circuits.
