This four-week course is an accessible way to start practising yoga. It is suitable both for beginners and those with some experience.
You don't have to be bendy, or exceptionally fit. Many sportsmen use yoga to help them recover and stay injury-free: it helps focus the mind while developing strength and flexibility. This approach is dynamic, combining steadiness and movement.
We start on Sunday 28 October, at 11.00. Due to hall bookings, classes in November will be on Saturdays (10, 17 and 24), at the same time.
