One hour class that delivers a total mind-body workout. Combining strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and relaxation. 

Open to all abilities, Yoga is a 'slow burn' and once you begin your yoga journey you will be rewarded with improved balance, flexibility and strength as well as increased tone and metabolism. Yoga postures combine stretching and controlled breathing which develop positive health benefits to include reduced pain or aches, increased energy levels and social/occupational functioning. Relaxation techniques enable you to reduce stress, can lower blood pressure and improve heart function if undertaken as part of a healthy lifestyle. 

Payable weekly @ £8 for 60 mins.
