Pad work, circuits, boxing to music, games and more. Boxing plus strike technique developed over time.

Suitable for all abilities as can adapt class to those who attend.

This is a small group class so I am able to ensure technique is correct and you get the most from each move.

Friendly group, with great enthusiasm and motivation.
