Fit For Good

Senior Pilates aims to strengthen the whole body with particular emphasis on the core to improve general fitness and wellbeing. After a short standing warm-up, the majority of the session will take place on the floor and will focus on low-impact exercises to improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Options will be offered along with individual coaching/correction to maximise the effectiveness and enjoyability of your session.

Please bring your own mat to this session.
