Relax Kids uses relaxation, mindfulness and meditation for improving mental well-being in children. The programme uses movement, games, breathing, stretching, massage, affirmation and visualisation to help children relax and learn skills which they can use in everyday life.
Bring along an exercise mat (if you have one) and pillow to make yourself comfortable during relaxation!!
