Circle dance is for everyone   … No partner is needed!

It is easy to participate.

Its roots lie in the folk dance of many cultures, such as Greece and the Balkans –

dances that bring a community together to celebrate, to mark harvest and springtime, marriage and birth, using established steps and patterns.

It is an ever-widening Circle. There are dancers in Brazil & New Zealand,

South Africa to Sweden. The dances, the music and choreographies,

broaden too, inspired by World, New Age and Classical music as well.

There is a dance for everyone – some are very simple, and others more complex.

It feeds the participants in a unique way. Energising, transforming, calming and fun! They say this kind of dancing is the very best exercise for the brain. If you join this class you will make new friends, feel supported by the group, and you will feel all the better for it!
